Welcome
Welcome to the website of the Leeds Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust. This site aims to provide useful information for patients, visitors, potential employees and the general public.
Our Trust is amongst the very biggest in the UK and includes two of the largest teaching hospitals in Europe, St James’s University Hospital and Leeds General Infirmary. We provide high quality acute hospital services for the population of Leeds and the surrounding area and act as a regional centre for a number of specialist services such as cancer and cardiac surgery. In total we employ around 13,000 staff across six main sites, treating well over a million patients every year with an annual budget of almost £1 billion.
Within this site you will be able to find out about our services, our performance, our locations and our current vacancies. You can also find out about who sits on our Trust Board, access board reports and check out the latest Trust news.
If you have any comments about the site or suggestions on how we can improve it, please tell us by filling in our feedback form.
