Access to all floors can be made from this entrance (Level -2) with lifts and stairs to all areas. Public Services MetroLine (Buses & Trains): 0113 245 7676, www.wymetro.com Arriving by car If you are coming by car, follow the signs for St James's Hospital, Bexley Wing. The multi-storey car park has 1,300 spaces for patients, visitors and staff. This car park offers a 'Pay as you Leave' system. There is a pedestrian walkway from the car park leading to the main entrance off the Plaza. COOKRIDGE CONFERENCE CENTRE LEVEL 7 The Conference Centre can be accessed via the blue lift near the main reception desk on Level 0. Take the lift to Level 7 and the Conference Centre is on your right as you exit the lift. The door to the Conference Centre is open from 7.30am to 5.00pm. Before and after these times please use a proximity card to access the Cookridge Conference Centre. If you do not have a proximity card contact Security on 68246. There is also speakerphone access. Within the Centre there is also a beverage area for groups to use if they bring their own tea/coffee/snacks. Please leave this area and the breakout area tidy and put all rubbish in the bins provided. Food and drinks must be consumed in the breakout area and not taken into the rooms . Seminar Room 1 can have food and drink however this needs to be booked accordingly. FACILITIES AVAILABLE IN THE ATRIUM LEVEL 0 There is a restaurant and café available with hot and cold meals and snacks. There are also vending machines for snacks and drinks.
