Maggie Boyle - Chief Executive
Maggie’s background in Nursing and HR management has led to success in leading transformational change in various health service organisations.
She has a proven track record of engaging clinicians in management, which she believes is the route to running successful healthcare organisations. Her previous roles as Chief Executive at NHS trusts in Liverpool and Glasgow have provided a broad range of experience which is helping to shape the way improvement in Leeds is being delivered.
Maggie also spent time with Hay Management Consultants as UK Director of Health Service Work Transformation and as a founding partner in Delta Consulting International. Both of these opportunities focused on leading successful change in complex organisations.
