Disclosure Log
In the near future the Trust intends to publish details of disclosures made as a result of the Freedom of Information Act.
This disclosure log contains information that has been requested and was not readily available via the Publication Scheme or web site prior to the applicant's request.
Please note that it does not give access to everything that has been released under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 as some responses consist of documents that are not held in electronic format. Any information frequently requested will be added to the Trust's Publication Scheme/web site.
