General tips
- Don't forget to eat breakfast
- Try not to use too much butter or margarine – scrape it on and
scrape it off
- Aim to have at least ½ a pint of semi skimmed milk a day,
as a drink or on cereal
- In addition, have 2-3 treats a week – 1 bag of crisps, 1 funsize
chocolate bar, a packet of sweets
- Limit the use of sugar free squashes and fizzies for special occasions
