Clinic Appointments
| If you would like to know more about your clinic appointments and what happens when you come to clinic, please click on the relevant hospital to find out further information. It explains the treatment you will receive from our Diabetes Team and who you are likely to meet when you come to clinic. If you are not sure about any of your appointments, please contact your Diabetes Nurse Specialist who will explain it in more detail. If you are unable to attend any of your appointments, please remember to cancel your appointment and re-book when it is convenient for you. |
