Fab Fishcakes
Ingredients:
200g (8oz) fresh or tinned tuna or salmon
2 chopped spring onions
7 tblsp natural fromage frais
1 egg, separated into yolk and white

juvela gluten free mix
juvela gluten free crispbreads
Oven temperature: 150 C/350 F/ Gas 4
How to Make:
Put tuna/salmon in a bowl with chopped spring onions, fromage frais, egg yolk and seasoning and mix together. Shape the mixture into 4-6 rounds. Dip each round firstly into juvela glutenfree mix, then in beaten egg white and finally into crumbs made from 4 juvela crispbreads. Place on a baking tray and bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
