Pizza
Ingredients: 1 packet (500g) Juvela gluten free mix 1 sachet dried yeast (supplied with mix) 2 tblsp olive oil 2 tblsp passata tomato sauce 1 tsp italian dried herbs 50g (2oz) mushrooms finely diced 1 small onion, peeled and finely diced 2 tomatoes, finely chopped 1 clove garlic, peeled and crushed 250-300ml (10-12floz) warm water
Oven temperature: 220 C/425 F/ Gas 7 How to Make: Mix together well the gluten free mix and yeast. Add remaining ingredients except water and mix well. Gradually add sufficient water to form a soft but not sticky dough. Knead until smooth on a surface lightly dusted with gluten free mix. Roll out into an oblong and cut into triangles. Place on a greased baking sheet, cover and leave to prove in a warm place for 30-40 minutes. Brush with milk and bake in a pre-heated oven for 20-25 minutes until golden. Makes 6 |

Ingrdients: For each Juvela gluten free bread roll allow: 2 tblsp tinned chopped tomatoes pinch of dried mixed herbs 1 tblsp tuna 1 tblsp sweetcorn 1 chopped spring onion 1 tblsp grated cheese How to Make: Slice the gluten free bread roll in half and lightly toast both sides of each half. Mix together the chopped tomatoes and herbs and spoon onto each half. Mix together the remaining ingredients (except cheese) and divide between each half. Top with grated cheese and toast under a medium grill for 10-15 minutes until golden and heated through |
