Poppy seed biscuits
Ingredients: 50g (2oz) margarine 50g (2oz) low fat cream cheese (e.g, Philadelphia light or similar) 75g (3oz) Juvela gluten free mix 2 tsp poppy seeds black pepper
Oven temperature: 190 C/375 F/ Gas 5 How to Make: Cream together the margarine and cream cheese until soft. Gradually stir in the gluten free mix, poppy seeds and pepper to taste, until the mixture forms a dough. Roll out the dough on a surface lightly dusted with gluten free mix and cut out rounds using a 5cm (2”) plain cutter. Place on a greased baking tray and bake in a pre-heated oven for 10 minutes until golden. Makes 12 |
