Yorkshire puddings
Ingredients: 50g (2oz) butter or margarine 125ml ( ¼ pint) water 65g (2 ½ oz) Juvela gluten free mix 2 medium eggs, beaten
Oven temperature: 220 C/425 F/ Gas 7 How to Make: Gently heat butter/margarine and water in a saucepan until melted. Bring to the boil, remove from heat and stir in the gluten free mix. Return to heat stirring until mixture forms a ball in the pan. Remove from heat and allow to cool slightly. Gradually add the eggs, beating well after each addition. Place spoonfuls of mixture in Yorkshire pudding tins and bake in a pre-heated oven for 20 minutes. Make a small hole in each bun, return to oven for a further 5 minutes. Makes 4 4” puddings . Serve immediately. These can be frozen |
