A small number of out-patient clinics can be accessed. Please see the Referral and Admission Guidelines for SJUH (Appendix XX) for details.
Routine follow up can be arranged in ENT and Fracture clinics. Frequently an OPD can be arranged for a patient after discussion with the specialty team. Never discharge a patient to an OPD if you are not happy for the patient to do this and require acute assessment of the patient instead.
Miscellaneous - EEG, EMG, Ambulatory 24hr ECG monitoring etc – Appropriate forms can be found in the cabinets placed in the Central Area.
