The Chief Executive has asked that the TCC 2007 document '10 Steps for Improving the Emergency Care Pathway' be implemented from Monday October the 1st. It is shown below.
No specialty has exemption to its principles.
It applies to all doctors and nurse who work in the trust
It has been agreed by ALL of the CMT (specialties) leads
The TCC Flow Chart
The TCC document above has a series of 'rules' that apply to patients attending after GP or GP line referal. These have been simplified into a chart. There is nothing in this chart that is not in the 10 steps document
