Introduction
Below are on line versions of the forms you can use to refer to various other services within LTHT.
Acute Neurology Outpatient
Dr Dunn at the LGI runs an OPD clinic for the ED to refer to. It is meant to be for neurological cases that need urgent review but not admission.
This does not replace the TIA clinic. Many cases can still be refered back to the GP for referal from them.
Most patients will be phoned a few days after the form has been faxed and should be seen within 2 weeks
