Single large vessel leaving heart (rather than the usual two) |

| Diagnosis | Ultrasound |
| Gestation at diagnosis | 18-22 weeks |
| Known cause, chromosomal or genetic association | Yes, 40% of live borns have Di George syndrome; also associated with maternal diabetes |
| Further investigations | Detailed anatomy scan of remaining fetal anatomy (particularly face) and Fetal Echocardiogram |
| Differential Diaganosis | Pulmonary Atresia with VSD Tetralogy of Fallot Hypoplastic Left Heart Syndrome |
| Prognosis | Good. Requires early surgical repair 5% operative mortality |
| Recurrance risk | 1% |
