There are a number of motor neurone disease (MND) care centres nationally. The main focus of each care centre is to provide a high level of support and care to people living with motor neurone disease, their carers and family. Leeds MND care centre is based at Leeds General Infirmary within the regional neurosciences centre. There is also a specialist clinic held at Seacroft Hospital in Leeds. At the care centre there is a group of professionals who are dedicated to helping people living with motor neurone disease. We are able to offer advice, information and support to all people affected by motor neurone disease and are committed to ensuring you have access to information, support and high quality co-ordinated care
