Why choose Certificate and Diploma Pathway
These qualifications are primarily for first line, middle managers (or those aspiring to a management role) and above who may not have a formal qualification underpinning their role. They are modular and can be tailored to fit the specific needs of your role. They are divided into certificate level which is the first year and full awards and on completion of the 2nd year

Why choose the NVQ Pathway
NVQs are suitable for those wishing development who may not wish to follow a traditional academic route or whose role does not require a higher qualification. They are work based awards where the NVQ Candidate provides a portfolio of evidence to support competency against national occupational standards in management. They are particularly suited to those who are not confident in their learning skills or may not have studied for some time or who like to study in the work place. NVQs are of equal value to other management qualifications see the National Qualifications Framework (NQF) and relate directly to competence which is a highly regarded quality in a manager. They link with the Knowledge & Skills Framework and meet the requirements of Personal Development Plans. NVQs offer progression as above. NVQs at level 4 may be accepted for admission onto courses at Higher Education Institutions and would be accedited at their discretion
