Brachial Plexus Integrated Care Pathway
In order to establish best practice
and a standardised management of these injuries within our hospital we have
designed an Integrated Care Pathway (ICP). This was developed by mult-disciplinary
staff within this unit with funds from the Modernisation Agency through the
Action On Plastic Surgery Programme. This ICP will enable us to continually
emphasise evidence based practice and allow critical evaluation of our clinical
outcomes which is at the heart of our intention to continually improve our service.
