| The
Performance Improvement Team can offer a wealth of knowledge and
assistance in relation to design, management and facilitation of
workshops and events.
We
offer four levels of assistance in relation to the facilitation
of sessions:
1.
Advising colleagues who are thinking of staging an event
Assistance
in determining the goals for the event and/ or the scope of the
problem, identifying the parties needed to be included in the
event and determining the resources required to stage the event.
2.
Advising and assisting in the planning of an event
Help
with issues such as event schedules and creating plans, organisational
issues such as feedback, decision making and recording mechanisms.
3. Advising and assisting in the planning
of an event and running the facilitation session
Help
with facilitation of the event, working with participants to develop
a common understanding of the issues, promote understanding of
the views of all the parties present and identification and evaluation
of potential solutions in order to create an agreement that is
satisfactory to all parties present.
4. Full scale event management
A
bespoke support package that will encompass the planning, design,
running and post-event evaluation of your event/ workshop.
We
would also be more than happy to help you with the actions arising
from your workshop/event, from advising on the best means of creating
an action plan for the work arising to helping design a comprehensive
change management programme for the work that needs to be done.
What
the Performance Improvement Team does not offer:
- We
would not undertake administrative activities that support a facilitation
session, unless this has been otherwise agreed.
- Provide
stand alone facilitation without any input into the design or
planning of an event.
