The
Service Redesign Toolkit is an electronic book of proven tools and
techniques that can be used to improve services.
The toolkit features the ‘service redesign routemap’
which guides the user through the steps to successful service improvement.
The
toolkit is supported by a series of Service Redesign Study Days
that are run on a regular basis by the Performance Improvement Team.
Delegates who attend the study days may receive a copy of the toolkit
to help improve services within their area.
