Service Redesign Training - TWO

Course objectives:

To introduce the advanced techniques of Statistical Process Control and Creative Thinking and their role in successful service redesign initiatives.

Who is the course suitable for?

This course is open to staff any academic ability or profession. Past delegates have included Consultants, Doctors, Nurses, Physiotherapists, IT professionals, Facilities professionals, Directors and Managers, clerical and admin staff.

Course Prerequisites:

Delegates should have attended Service Redesign Training CORE .
