Service Redesign Training - THREE

 

Course Objectives

To introduce the principles of Capacity and Demand planning and the Human Elements of Change and their role in successful service redesign initiatives

 

Who is the course suitable for?

This course is open to staff any academic ability or profession. Past delegates have included Consultants, Doctors, Nurses, Physiotherapists, IT professionals, Facilities professionals, Directors and Managers, clerical and admin staff.

Course Prerequisites:

Delegates should have attended Service Redesign Training CORE.

 

Learning Outcomes

  • Understand the principles of capacity management
  • Understand why people resist change
  • Understand the difference between Change Management and Transition Management.
