of Capacity and Demand planning and the Human Elements of Change
and their role in successful service redesign initiatives

This course is open to
staff any academic ability or profession. Past delegates have included
Consultants, Doctors, Nurses, Physiotherapists, IT professionals,
Facilities professionals, Directors and Managers, clerical and admin
staff.
