How to find Research Funding Opportunities
The Leeds Teaching Hospital NHS Trust in partnership with the University of Leeds has developed RDInfo, the national database of research funding opportunities.
Up-to-date information on a whole host of sources of current research funding opportunities can be found on RDInfo. The database is searchable by keywords and specific areas of interest. The website provides links to a wealth of information on funding opportunities and also grant giving bodies, so if they do not have what you want, they generally know where it can be found.
Please click on the RDInfo logo below to access the website

The UK Clinical Research Network (UKCRN) Research Portfolio
UKCRN is building
a complete picture of the clinical research which is currently taking place
across the UK.
Details of studies which meet specific eiligibility criteria are recorded
in a database, known as the the UKCRN
Clinical Research Portfolio, which comprises the National Institute
for Health Research (NIHR) Portfolio in England, and the corresponding portfolios
of Northern Ireland, Scotland and Wales. The UKCRN Clinical Research Portfolio
is a national data resource, will be used to manage the allocation of NHS
infrastructure funding and will support the performance management of UKCRN's
Clinical Research Networks.
You can search the UKCRN Portfolio here.
This has replaced The National Research Register (NRR), a register of ongoing and recently completed research projects funded by, or of interest to, the United Kingdom's National Health Service.
The National Research Register can still be accessed by clicking here
