If you have made a conscious decision to try to improve your service, but need support to take the first step, then Service Redesign Training may be for you.
What's on offer?
- A modular training programme covering
- Context for improvement;
- The essentials of making successful change happen;
- Lean thinking;
- Practical tools including process mapping, Plan/Do/Study/Act cycle, creative thinking, statistical process control, capacity and demand planning, managing change and project management.
- Coaching or other support for individuals and teams to support the delivery of change.
Who would benefit from Service Redesign training?
- Teams who need to identify efficiency savings, but are not sure how to find them or make them happen;
- Managers and clinicians that are required to change pathways and services to increase capacity or to meet financial targets, but are unsure of how to go about it;
- Anyone who knows their service needs to change, but needs help to make it happen.

Unfortunately we currently have no ‘open access’ courses planned for 2009/10, however we are happy to look at providing bespoke training to specific departments or groups of staff (minimum of 10) who are facing the need to change or improve their service, or as part of a professional development programme.
