Seacroft Hospital site

Seacroft Hospital is a large sprawling site approximately five miles from Leeds City Centre. Constructed at the beginning of the 20th Century its raison d’etre as an isolation hospital has been largely superseded by modern healthcare developments.

The Strategic Projects Office has begun a strategic review of the site with the aim of retracting to a core of essential buildings which will save the Trust significant sums in energy and maintenance costs. The area of the site no longer required can then be disposed of generating much needed income for the Trust which can then be reinvested in services.
