Welcome to the LTH Supplies best practice website. This site is intended to complement the NHS PaSA and Logistics sites by providing a focal point for everyone involved in procurement in the NHS who is interested and committed to continuous improvement of purchasing and supply. It is also for those who recognise the essential role that professional procurement needs to have in achieving value for money and service benefits which impact directly on the quality of patient care and service delivery.
Sharing best practice is a major challenge and priority for the NHS as a whole and procurement is no exception - together we need to identify, develop, share and adopt best practice.
